Coconut sorbet recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams shredded coconut
- 1/2 deciliter (about 1/5 cup) water
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 deciliters (about 4/5 cup) sour cream
Apricot sorbet recipe ingredients:
- 2 1/2 deciliters (1 cup) water
- 250 grams sugar
- 300 grams mashed apricots
- 1 deciliter (about 2/5 cup) sour cream
Coconut sorbet recipe instruction:
Soak coconut in the water and let it stay like that for 3 hours. Strain the coconut.
Mix sour cream with sugar and than stir coconut in it.
Apricot sorbet recipe instruction:
Cook the water with sugar till sugar melts. Cool it.
Stir mashed apricots in cooled sugar syrup and then mix sour cream in it.
Layer sorbet dessert recipe instruction:
Pour coconut sorbet layer in round mold or dish and apricot sorbet layer over it. Freeze it.
Cut it as a layer cake, decorate it if you like and serve it.

Gourmet chocolate cake recipe ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 vanilla sugars
- 200 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 250 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 200 grams raisins
- 1 deciliter rum
- 1/2 liter milk
- 500 grams graham cracker crumbs
- 200 grams walnuts, chopped
- 100 grams chocolate, melted
- 1/2 liter whipped cream
Rum no bake cake recipe instruction:
Beat 4 egg yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar on the steam. Cool it for 10 minutes.
Separately, mix confectioner’s sugar with butter.
Mix cooled egg yolks with butter to become smooth cream.
Soak raisins in rum for 15 minutes.
In separate bowl, pour cold milk over graham crumbs and mix walnuts, raisins (strained) and melted chocolate in it.

Quick and Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe - Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Chocolate brownies recipe ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 170 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 150 grams dark chocolate, melted
Chocolate glazing ingredients:
- 150 grams dark chocolate
- 5 deciliters (2 cups) whipping cream
Quick and easy chocolate cake recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with butter and sugar. Mix baking powder, flour and melted chocolate in it.
Pour chocolate mixture in the cake pan and bake it in preheated oven to 190°C for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
Pour whipping cream in the saucepan and cook it in low heat.
Add chocolate in the cream and stir it till chocolate melts and you get smooth chocolate creamy mass.

Gourmet Fruit Cake - Easy Strawberry Cake Recipe

Gourmet fruit cake recipe ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Strawberry cream recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams strawberries
- 200 grams sugar
- 5 deciliter water
- 2 pouch powder for strawberry pudding
Decoration ingredients:
- 1/2 liter whipped cream
Easy strawberry cake recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar and than pour flour and baking powder in it. Mix all together and pour the cake mix in the greased cake pan.
Bake it in preheated oven to 190°C for about 10 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
For strawberry cream: Cook strawberries in 4 deciliter of water and sugar to boil (if strawberries are too big, you can chop them).
Stir puddings in 1 deciliter of water to be without lumps and pour that in boiling sugar. Cook all together for 5 minutes more to thicken, stirring it all the time.
Pour hot fruit cream over baked cake and cool it.
Cover the cake with whipped cream.
Cool the cake for few hours before you serve it.

- 4 egg whites

- Lemon peel, shredded (from 1 lemon)
- 1 tablespoon rum
Orange cream recipe ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Orange juice (from 2 big oranges)
- Orange peel, shredded (from 1 orange)
- 200 grams butter
Decoration ingredients:
- 1/2 liter whipped cream
- 1 orange (pieces)
Light orange cake recipe instruction: 
Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla. Add nuts, bread crumbs, flour, baking powder, shredded lemon peel and rum in it, and mix all together.

Gourmet cake recipe ingredients:
- 10 eggs
- 800 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Hazelnut filling recipe ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 100 grams cornstarch
- 1 liter milk
- 150 grams butter
- 200 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 300 grams hazelnuts
- 150 grams graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 liter whipped cream
Hazelnut cream cake recipe instruction:
Beat egg whites with sugar and lemon juice to become firm and bake 2 cake layers from it (when it starts to get gold color it’s finished).
Beat egg yolks with vanilla sugar and cornstarch, mix it in milk and cook it till it thickens, for about 5 minutes (stir it all the way). Cool it.
Mix butter with confectioner’s sugar and divide it in 2 bowls.
First cake filling: In first bowl with butter, mix hazelnuts and graham crumbs.
Second cake filling: In second bowl with butter, mix cooked and cooled egg yolk cream.
Arrange cake in this order:
- Take one baked egg whites layer and spread first cake filling over it (with hazelnuts).
- Put second baked egg whites layer on hazelnut cake filling.
- Spread second cake filling (with egg yolks) over it.
- Coat the cake with whipped cream.
- Cool it in the fridge for few hours before you serve it.
Homemade Coconut Ice Cream Recipe - Easy Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe

Easy pineapple ice cream recipe ingredients:
- 400 grams pineapple
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 deciliter confectioner’s sugar
- 3 deciliters whipped cream
Homemade pineapple coconut ice cream recipe instruction:
Blend pineapple and coconut in food processor.
Beat egg yolks with sugar, stir whipped cream in it and on the end, stir mixed pineapple and coconut in it as well.
Freeze your homemade ice cream for at least 6 hours in your freezer (stir the ice cream from time to time).
If you have ice cream maker, pour your fruit ice cream in it and keep making ice cream following instructions for use.

Fig cake recipe ingredients:
- 750 grams dried figs, grind
- 50 grams confectioners’ sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Nut filling recipe ingredients:
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 deciliter water
- 250 grams nuts, grind
- 150 grams butter, softened
Dark chocolate frosting recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 250 ml whipping cream
Dark chocolate frosting recipe instruction:
Pour whipping cream in the saucepan to boil and add chopped dark chocolate in it. Stir it till you get smooth chocolate mixture and remove it from heat. Cool it in the fridge to thicken, till you make the cake.
Gourmet fruit cake roll recipe instruction:
Mix figs with sugar and cinnamon. Roll the fig mixture over cellophane to get cake layer (about 0,3 inches thick).
Nut filling recipe instruction:
Pour sugar in the water and let it boil in low heat (so sugar can melt), stir nuts in it and remove it from heat. Cool it for 15 minutes (stir it periodically).
Mix softened butter in the nut filling. Pour filling over fig layer and roll it together to get cake roll (cylinder shape).
Pour cooled dark chocolate frosting over the cake roll.
Cool the fig cake in the fridge over night and then you can cut it and it’s ready to be served.
