How To Toast Sesame Seeds on Stove

I like to toast sesame seeds first, whenever I want to use them in recipes. Prepared that way, sesame release that unique flavor, that make cakes irresistible to eat.

Also, toasted sesame have wide range of use: as ingredient in cakes and bakery products, for seasoning salads or main courses.

It is quick and easy to toast them and this will improve recipe results immensely!How To Toast Sesame Seeds on Stove

Here are step by step how to toast sesame seeds on stove instructions:

  1. Add the sesame seeds to a dry, small pan in thin layer
  2. Heat it to a medium heat, stirring it constantly for about 3-4 minutes
  3. When sesame seeds starts to pop and turns light golden brown, remove it from the heat and pour into a bowl to cool down
  4. Grind it in a food processor roughly to get mixture of grounded and whole seeds (this is optional)Toasted sesame seeds in a jar

If you like to prepare larger amount of toasted sesame, repeat steps 1 to 3 as many times as you like and store cooled toasted sesame seeds in a jar.

Be careful to remove sesame from the heat before it became dark brown, because it’ll be to bitter.

Here are quick and easy, delicious no bake cookies recipe that you’ll impress your loved ones with!

Healthy Homemade Cereal Bars Recipe

No bake cereal cookies ingredients:

  • 7 tablespoons (100g) sugar
  • 7 tablespoons honey
  • 8,5 oz. (250g) butter
  • 7 oz. (200g) dark chocolate
  • 3,5 oz. (100g) sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3,5 oz. (100g) puffed rice cereal

Healthy homemade cereal bars recipe instruction:

Toast sesame seeds on stove for few minutes (stir all the way) to get gold color, let them cool and grind them in a food processor.

Mix sesame, cocoa and puffed rice cereal in a large bowl.

Line the pan (square or rectangular) with wax paper before you start to melt rest of ingredients, because they tighten quickly.

Now, melt sugar with honey in saucepan in low temperature. Add butter and chocolate in it and stir it to get melted smooth mass.

Remove it from the heat and stir sesame, cocoa and puffed rice cereal in it to unite.

Pour the cake mix into prepared cake pan, spread it evenly and let it cool for few hours.

Cut your chocolate puffed rice cereal bars and enjoy in degustation!

Easy Cupcake Recipe from Scratch

Gourmet cupcakes recipe ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 7 oz. (200 grams) sugar
  • 6,5 tablespoons (100 ml) oil
  • 6,5 tablespoons (100 ml) yogurt
  • 6,5 tablespoons (100 ml) milk
  • 4,3 oz. (130 grams) chestnut puree
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1,6 oz. (50 grams) nuts, grind
  • 1,6 oz. (50 grams) chocolate sprinkles (for decoration)

Easy cupcake recipe from scratch instruction:

Beat eggs with sugar and mix oil, yogurt and milk in it.

Mix chestnut puree and rum into eggs as well.

Combine flour, baking powder and nuts and add that into yogurt mix.

Fill lined cupcake pans and bake in the preheated oven to 350 F (180°C) for about 35 minutes.

Decorate your gourmet cupcakes with chocolate sprinkles.

Apple Cinnamon Crumb Cake Recipe

Easy apple crumble recipe ingredients:

  • 6 big apples
  • 1.5 oz. (40 grams) raisins
  • 5 oz. (150 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 4,6 oz. (140 grams) sugar, granulated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1,6 oz. (50 grams) nuts, chopped
  • 4,2 oz. (125 grams) butter, softened
  • Vanilla ice cream

Apple cinnamon crumb cake recipe instruction:

Peel the apples, clean them from the seeds and slice them in thin slices.

Arrange them over greased pan and sprinkle raisins over them.

Combine flour, coconut, sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts. Mix butter in it and knead it to get crumble dough.

Arrange crumbles all over fruits and bake this in preheated oven to 350 F (180°C) for about 30-35 minutes.

Serve warm apple crumble with Homemade Ice Cream.

Healthy Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Healthy pumpkin pie recipe ingredients:

  • 7 oz. (200 grams) flour
  • 1,6 oz. (50 grams) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon brandy

Pumpkin puree recipe ingredients:

  • 10 oz. (300 grams) pumpkin, diced
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) sugar

Cheese filling recipe ingredients:

  • 8,5 oz. (250 grams) cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 1 oz. (30 grams) raisins
  • 4,3 oz. (130 grams) quinces in heavy syrup, diced
  • 1,6 oz. (50 grams) sugar
  • 3 egg whites

Decoration ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Easy cheesecake recipe instruction:

Combine flour, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix butter, buttermilk and egg yolk in it. In the end, add brandy in the mixture and knead dough. Cool it for 1 hour.

For pumpkin puree: Clean pumpkin, dice it and cook it in water to soften. Drain it, pour sugar over pumpkin and mash it. Cool it.

For cheese filling: Mix cheese, vanilla, raisins and quinces. Separately, beat egg whites and sugar.

Roll cooled dough to fit pie shell. Place dough in greased pie shell and bake it in preheated oven to 350 F (180°C) for about 10 minutes.

In a mean time, stir pumpkin puree in cheese filling and then gently stir beaten egg whites in it as well.

Pour pumpkin cheese filling over the baked dough and bake it for 35 minutes more.

Combine graham crumbs and vanilla sugar and sprinkle it over the pumpkin pie cake. Cool it for few hours.

Healthy Pumpkin Muffin Recipe

Healthy pumpkin muffin recipe ingredients:

  • 7 oz. (200 grams) pumpkin, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 oz. (120 grams) sugar
  • 3,5 tablespoons (50 ml) milk
  • 3,5 tablespoons (50 ml) oil
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) raisins

Easy pumpkin muffins recipe instruction:

Pour water with pinch of salt over shredded pumpkin (to cover it), cook it in low heat to soften, drain and mash it.

Beat egg yolks with sugar, add milk, oil, mashed pumpkin and mix it.

Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and raisins and mix it in pumpkin mixture.

Beat egg whites and stir them in flour pumpkin mixture.

Pour it into greased muffin tins and bake it in preheated oven to 350 F (180°C) for about 20 minutes (or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean).

Sugar Free Healthy Carrot Cake Recipe

Easy homemade carrot cakes ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups carrots, shredded

Sugar free healthy carrot cake recipe instruction:

First mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves.

Beat eggs and add them in flour mix together with honey, oil and shredded carrots.

Pour carrot cake mix in greased pan and bake it in preheated oven to 400 F (200°C) for about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Decorate it with honey or as you wish and enjoy this delicious carrot cake recipe.
