No Bake Cheese Cake Recipe - Quick and Easy Cheesecake Recipe

Easy cheesecake recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams mascarpone cheese
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 350-400 grams biscuits
- 1 can fruits for pie (pie filling)
No bake cheese cake recipe:
Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla and whisk whipped cream in it. Arrange the cake in this order:
- Cover the cake pan with layer of the biscuits (half of biscuits)
- Pour a half of mascarpone cheese filling on it
- Cover cheese filling with other half of biscuits
- Pour rest of the mascarpone filling over biscuits
Cool the cheesecake in refrigerator over night and frost it next day with a fruit filling.
