Italian Cake Recipe – Easy Tiramisu Recipe

Tiramisu cake recipe ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 10 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 500 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 250 grams Savoiardi fingers (lady fingers)
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Classic easy tiramisu recipe:

Beat egg yolks with 5 tablespoons of sugar with a whisk to become foamy. Combine mascarpone cheese in it and stir it together. Tiramisu Recipe Picture

Separately beat egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar until stiff, add to the mascarpone mixture and stir it together. Arrange it in this order:

  1. Briefly dip the Savoiardi fingers in cool coffee (don’t soak it too much or they’ll fall apart) and cover the bottom of the cake pan
  2. Pour a half of the cream over the Savoiardi fingers
  3. Add another layer of fingers
  4. Pour another layer of cream
  5. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on the top of tiramisu cake

Easy Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Homemade ice cream ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 300 grams strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Easy homemade strawberry ice cream recipe: Mix whipped cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla to become thick.

Strain strawberries with 6 tablespoons of sugar, mix it with milk and pour that mass in whipped cream. Put your ice cream to the freezer over night.

It is quick and easy homemade recipe and you can try to make it with different kind of fruits (just add more sugar if you use sour fruits).

No Bake Cookies – Chocolate Wafer Cookie Recipe

Chocolate wafer cookie recipe ingredients:

  • 2 wafers

Chocolate filling ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 18 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 300 grams grounded nuts
  • 300 grams graham crumbs
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 1 cup rum

Chocolate filled wafer recipe: Soak raisins in rum for an hour and then strain them.

Beat eggs with sugar on the steam to become foamy (about 10 minutes). Mix butter in it to melt and then add chocolate to it to melt also.

Combine graham crumbs, nuts and raisins together and pour them in the chocolate mass. Remove it from heat and stir it to become compact.

Pour your chocolate filling on the wafer and spread it equally on it. Put your second wafer on the filling and press it down with something heavy (some heavy dish for example) to glue filling and wafer. Leave it that way over night.

Cut it next day and your chocolate filled wafer cookies are ready to be served.

If you like, you can pour chocolate frosting on top of the cookies, cool it for few hours more and then serve it.
