Eggless Cake Recipe – Honey Buttermilk Jelly Cake Recipe

Honey almond cake recipe ingredients:

  • 150 grams honey
  • 40 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams fine chopped almonds

Buttermilk filling recipe ingredients:

  • 40 g gelatin powder
  • 15 tablespoons water
  • 2 3/4 cups buttermilk (or fruit yogurt)
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 30 grams vanilla sugar
  • Grated lemon peel (from 1 lemon)
  • Lemon juice (from 3 lemons)
  • 1 1/4 cups whipped cream
  • Shredded chocolate

Eggless cake recipe instruction:

In low heat warm up the honey to melt, add butter to melt also and, on the end, stir almonds in it. Cook it for about 10 minutes to get caramel and stir it all the way.

Pour it in the greased cake pan, spread it quickly cause it thickens fast (moist the spoon, or whatever you use to spread the cake, before every move if it is to thick).

Cool it in a refrigerator, till you make buttermilk filling.

Honey buttermilk jelly cake recipe instruction – filling:

Stir the gelatin powder with 15 tablespoons of water (to be without lumps).

In separate bowl whisk buttermilk, honey, vanilla sugar, grated lemon peel and lemon juice to get compact mixture.

Add gelatin in buttermilk honey mixture, whisk it and let it thicken for a while.

Mix thick buttermilk filling with a mixer, gradually adding whipped cream in it.

Pour jelly filling onto cooled honey almond cake and return it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

You can decorate your jelly cake with shredded chocolate or with pieces of fruits.

Chocolate Coffee Cake Recipe – Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake Recipe

Dark chocolate truffle cake recipe ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Dark chocolate ganache ingredients:

  • 300 grams dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon strong coffee
  • 3/4 cups whipped cream
  • 50 grams cocoa powder

Baking cake recipe instruction:

Beat eggs with sugar. Combine sugar, flour and cocoa and mix that in beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture in the greased cake pan and bake a thin cake (in the preheat oven to 350°F for about 10 minutes).

Dark chocolate ganache recipe:

Melt 200 grams of chocolate in a steamer. Cook a heavy cream in saucepan (in low temperature) to boil, pour it onto melted dark chocolate and whisk it. Add coffee in the chocolate cream and whisk it again.

Set 3 tablespoons of creamy chocolate mixture aside and cool it in freezer to thicken enough to form truffle balls from it.

Chocolate truffle recipe:

Hand roll thicken mixture into 1 inch round balls, dip them into 100 grams of melted chocolate and roll them into cocoa. Place them on wax paper. Refrigerate truffles until coating sets (for about 1 hour).

Chocolate coffee cake recipe instruction:

Cool the rest of chocolate ganache mixture as well and whisk whipped cream in it.

Spread the chocolate coffee cream over baked cake in the cake pan. Sprinkle cocoa powder over cream and decorate a cake with a cooled chocolate truffles.

Keep the chocolate truffle cake in a refrigerator.

Easy Fudge Brownies Recipe with Nutella Cream

Homemade peanut brownies recipe ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4-5 tablespoons nutella cream

Easy fudge brownies recipe instruction:

Beat egg whites with half of sugar and vanilla.

Separately beat egg yolks with rest of the sugar and mix butter, peanut butter and milk in it.

Combine cocoa, flour and baking powder and mix that in egg yolks.

Whisk beaten egg whites in the egg yolks mixture. Put a wax paper in the cake pan and pour the cake mixture in it. Bake it in preheat oven to 350°F for about 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Spread nutella cream on the hot fudge cake and your cake is finished.

Sorbet Dessert – Melon Sorbet Recipe with Rum

Melon sorbet recipe ingredients:

  • 500 grams melon (cleaned and chopped)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup rum

Sorbet dessert recipe:

Wash the lemon, grate some lemon peel and squeeze the juice from a lemon.

Mix chopped melon with a lemon juice and grated lemon peel in food processor. Add sugar and rum in the melon mixture and mix it again.

Pour the melon sorbet in sorbet maker and freeze it.

Serve your gourmet sorbet in cooled glasses and decorate it with pieces of melons.

Gourmet Tiramisu Cake – Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe

Strawberry tiramisu recipe ingredients:

  • 220 grams mascarpone cheese (or Philadelphia cheese)
  • 4 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 instant vanilla puddings
  • 1 cup whipped cream with strawberry flavor
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 250 grams lady fingers
  • 50 grams chocolate, shredded

Gourmet tiramisu cake recipe:

Mix mascarpone cheese with 3 1/2 cups of milk to become creamy. Add vanilla puddings in it and mix it again to become compact and smooth mixture.

  1. Dip half of lady fingers in some milk and arrange them in the cake pan
  2. Pour half of mascarpone pudding cream over lady fingers
  3. Half of whipped cream spread on pudding cream and 1 cup of strawberries on top of it
  4. Dip other half of lady fingers in milk and arrange them over strawberries
  5. Pour other half of mascarpone pudding cream over lady fingers
  6. Half of whipped cream spread on pudding cream and 1 cup of strawberries on top of it
  7. Decorate it with shredded chocolate

Cool it for about 3 hours before you serve your strawberry tiramisu cake.

Fruit Sorbet Recipe – Blueberry Sorbet Recipe with Rum

Blueberry sorbet recipe with rum ingredients:

  • 330 grams blueberry jam
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white rum
  • 1 lemon

Fruit sorbet recipe instruction:

Pour water and blueberry jam in saucepan, add vanilla sugar and rum in it and cook it shortly in low heat to merge all ingredients. Pour juice of one lemon in the mixture, stir it and remove it from the heat. Cool it.

Pour blueberry rum sorbet in sorbet maker and freeze it.

Decorate frozen sorbet with fresh fruits and serve it in cooled glasses.

Raspberry Jam Cake Recipe – Linzer Torte Recipe

Cake dough recipe ingredients:

  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon grounded clove
  • 1 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams butter
  • 150 grams grounded almonds

Filling ingredients:

  • 150-200 grams raspberry jam

Glazing recipe ingredients:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • Sifted powdered sugar

Easy Linzer torte recipe:

Combine cake dough ingredients and make dough (if it is sticky, cool it in refrigerator for a while). Cut the dough in half.

Roll first half of dough and put it onto greased and floured bottom of 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom.

Spread raspberry jam onto dough in the pan.

Roll the second half of dough and cut it in strips (about 16 strips, same wide). Arrange strips of dough over jam layer crosswise.

Beat egg yolk with milk and spread it over dough strips.

Bake it preheat oven to 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and your raspberry jam cake recipe is finished.

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 apple

Mash bananas and apple (it should be about 4 deciliters of mushy mixture).

Stir beaten eggs in it. Pour flour and baking powder in it too and mix it, till you get compact mixture.

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 6 kiwi, cleaned and cut in slices
  • 2 cups peaches cut into small pieces
  • 12 ice cream molds or paper cups
  • 12 sticks for ice cream

Strawberry ice cream recipe instruction:

Mix strawberries with 1/4 of honey in food processor. Pour strawberry mixture equally in 12 ice cream molds and freeze it for 30 minutes.

Kiwi ice cream recipe instruction:

In the meantime, mix kiwi with 1/4 of honey in food processor. In molds with frozen strawberry ice cream, equally pour kiwi ice cream. Put ice cream sticks into that (into middle of the mold) and freeze it for 30 minutes.

Peach ice cream recipe instruction:

Separately mix peaches with 1/4 of honey in food processor. Pour peach ice cream on the kiwi ice cream, around sticks, and freeze your fruit layer ice cream for at least 1 hour.
