- 300 grams Turkish Delight (lokum), chopped
- 50 grams sesame seeds, roasted

- 125 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams nuts, grind
- 150 grams graham cracker crumbs

Pour whipping cream in the saucepan to boil and add chopped dark chocolate in it. Stir it till you get smooth chocolate mixture and remove it from heat. Cool it in the fridge to thicken, till you make candies.
Chocolate praline recipe instruction:
Pour water and sugar in the saucepan in low heat to boil and add fine chopped Turkish Delights in it to melt (see homemade lokum recipe). Cook it for about 10-15 minutes. If lokums are thicker, they may not melt completely but it doesn’t matter.
Add butter in the mixture to melt as well, remove it from heat and add combined nuts with cracker crumbs in it. Mix it good and let it cool (stir it occasionally).
Sprinkle your working board with some confectioner’s sugar and roll the mixture to be about 1 centimeter thick. Make heart shapes with molds. If you get too hard mixture to roll, add more butter in it, and if you get too sticky mixture, add more cracker crumbs.
Dip hearts in the cooled chocolate frosting and let them strain.
Cool gourmet candies in the fridge for few hours before you serve them. Enjoy!
