Chocolate brownies recipe ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 170 grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 150 grams dark chocolate, melted

Chocolate glazing ingredients:

  • 150 grams dark chocolate
  • 5 deciliters (2 cups) whipping cream

Beat eggs with butter and sugar. Mix baking powder, flour and melted chocolate in it.

Pour whipping cream in the saucepan and cook it in low heat.

Add chocolate in the cream and stir it till chocolate melts and you get smooth chocolate creamy mass.

Gourmet Fruit Cake – Easy Strawberry Cake Recipe

Gourmet fruit cake recipe ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Strawberry cream recipe ingredients:

  • 500 grams strawberries
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 5 deciliter water
  • 2 pouch powder for strawberry pudding

Decoration ingredients:

  • 1/2 liter whipped cream

Beat eggs with sugar and than pour flour and baking powder in it. Mix all together and pour the cake mix in the greased cake pan.

For strawberry cream: Cook strawberries in 4 deciliter of water and sugar to boil (if strawberries are too big, you can chop them).

Stir puddings in 1 deciliter of water to be without lumps and pour that in boiling sugar. Cook all together for 5 minutes more to thicken, stirring it all the time.

Pour hot fruit cream over baked cake and cool it.

Cover the cake with whipped cream.

Cool the cake for few hours before you serve it.

Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe – Strawberry Yogurt Ice Cream Recipe

Strawberry yogurt ice cream recipe ingredients:

  • 500 milliliter whipped cream
  • 450 milliliter strawberry yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 300 grams strawberries

Mix whipped cream and strawberry yogurt together.

Separately, beat egg whites with 100 grams of sugar.

In third bowl, beat egg yolks with rest of the sugar and vanilla.
