Coconut sorbet recipe ingredients:
3,5 oz. (100 grams) shredded coconut
3,5 tablespoons (50 ml) water
3,5 oz. (100 grams) sugar
3/4 cup (180 ml) sour cream
Apricot sorbet recipe ingredients:
1 cup (250 ml) water
8,5 oz. (250 grams) sugar
10 oz. (300 grams) mashed apricots
1/2 cup (100 ml) sour cream
Coconut sorbet recipe instruction:
Soak coconut in the water and let it stay like that for 3 hours. Strain the coconut.
Mix sour cream with sugar and than stir coconut in it.
Apricot sorbet recipe instruction:
Cook the water with sugar till sugar melts. Cool it.
Stir mashed apricots in cooled sugar syrup and then mix sour cream in it.
Layer sorbet dessert recipe instruction:
Pour coconut sorbet layer in round mold or dish and apricot sorbet layer over it. Freeze it.
Cut it as a layer cake, decorate it if you like and serve it.

Melon sorbet recipe ingredients:
1,1 lb (500 grams) melon (cleaned and chopped)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup rum
Sorbet dessert recipe:
Wash the lemon, grate some lemon peel and squeeze the juice from a lemon.
Mix chopped melon with a lemon juice and grated lemon peel in food processor. Add sugar and rum in the melon mixture and mix it again.
Pour the melon sorbet in sorbet maker and freeze it.
Serve your gourmet sorbet in cooled glasses and decorate it with pieces of melons.
Blueberry sorbet recipe with rum ingredients:
11 oz. (330 grams) blueberry jam
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons white rum
Fruit sorbet recipe instruction:
Pour water and blueberry jam in saucepan, add vanilla sugar and rum in it and cook it shortly in low heat to merge all ingredients. Pour juice of one lemon in the mixture, stir it and remove it from the heat. Cool it.
Pour blueberry rum sorbet in sorbet maker and freeze it.
Decorate frozen sorbet with fresh fruits and serve it in cooled glasses.
