Gourmet Turkish desserts recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams thin layers of dough (you’ll get about 16 layers)
- cooking oil
Poppy seed filling ingredients:
- 250 grams poppy seeds, grind
- 150-200 grams nuts, grind
- 100 grams raisins (soak them in rum or hot water for a half hour)
- 10 grams baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 liter buttermilk
Sugar syrup ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 cups water
- 10 grams vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon, sliced
Sugar syrup recipe: Pour sugar and vanilla in water to boil (to melt sugar) and remove it from the heat. Put slices of lemon in hot syrup and let it cool like this. Remove lemon before you pour it over baklava.
Poppy seed filling recipe: Mix poppy seeds, nuts, raisins
(soaked and then strained) and baking powder. Beat eggs, add them in the poppy seed mix and stir it. Pour buttermilk in mixture and mix all together.
Poppy seed baklava recipe: grease the pan and put ingredients in this order:
- 1 thin layer of dough
- grease it with one tablespoon of oil
- put 1 thin layer of dough over that
- spread about 3 tablespoons of poppy filling
- repeat first 4 steps, till you left last 2 dough layers
- repeat first 3 steps and grease the last dough layer
- cut the baklava into pieces
Bake it in the preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.
Pour sugar syrup over poppy baklava and return it in turned off oven for 5 minutes more, to absorb the syrup. Serve it cold.

Chocolate coffee cake recipe ingredients:
- 350 grams graham cracker crumbs
- 200 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 16 tablespoons cold coffee
Coconut filling recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams shredded coconut
Chocolate coconut dessert rolls recipe instructions:
Mix graham crumbs, sugar, melted dark chocolate and coffee to get compact dough mass (if dough is crumbling, add more coffee and if it’s too sticky, add more graham crumbs), and stretch the mixture in the rectangle shape.
Melt sugar in milk in low heat. Add butter in melted sugar to melt also, remove it from the heat and stir coconut in it. Cool it.
Stretch coconut mixture over coffee chocolate mixture. Roll it like salami, cover it with foil and cool it in the fridge for few hours.

Quick and easy tomato cake recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 150 ml tomato juice
- 250 grams flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 10 grams vanilla sugar

Beat egg with sugar and mix cooking oil and tomato juice in it.

- 3 bananas
- 1 big apple

Honey almond cake recipe ingredients:
- 150 grams honey
- 40 grams unsalted butter
- 200 grams fine chopped almonds
Buttermilk filling recipe ingredients:
- 40 g gelatin powder
- 15 tablespoons water
- 2 3/4 cups buttermilk (or fruit yogurt)
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 30 grams vanilla sugar
- Grated lemon peel (from 1 lemon)
- Lemon juice (from 3 lemons)
- 1 1/4 cups whipped cream
- Shredded chocolate
Eggless cake recipe instruction:
In low heat warm up the honey to melt, add butter to melt also and, on the end, stir almonds in it. Cook it for about 10 minutes to get caramel and stir it all the way.
Pour it in the greased cake pan, spread it quickly cause it thickens fast (moist the spoon, or whatever you use to spread the cake, before every move if it is to thick).
Cool it in a refrigerator, till you make buttermilk filling.
Honey buttermilk jelly cake recipe instruction – filling:
Stir the gelatin powder with 15 tablespoons of water (to be without lumps).
In separate bowl whisk buttermilk, honey, vanilla sugar, grated lemon peel and lemon juice to get compact mixture.
Add gelatin in buttermilk honey mixture, whisk it and let it thicken for a while.
Mix thick buttermilk filling with a mixer, gradually adding whipped cream in it.
Pour jelly filling onto cooled honey almond cake and return it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Dark chocolate truffle cake recipe ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Dark chocolate ganache ingredients:
- 300 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon strong coffee
- 3/4 cups whipped cream
- 50 grams cocoa powder
Baking cake recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar. Combine sugar, flour and cocoa and mix that in beaten eggs. Pour egg mixture in the greased cake pan and bake a thin cake (in the preheat oven to 350°F for about 10 minutes).
Dark chocolate ganache recipe:
Melt 200 grams of chocolate in a steamer. Cook a heavy cream in saucepan (in low temperature) to boil, pour it onto melted dark chocolate and whisk it. Add coffee in the chocolate cream and whisk it again.
Set 3 tablespoons of creamy chocolate mixture aside and cool it in freezer to thicken enough to form truffle balls from it.
Chocolate truffle recipe:
Hand roll thicken mixture into 1 inch round balls, dip them into 100 grams of melted chocolate and roll them into cocoa. Place them on wax paper. Refrigerate truffles until coating sets (for about 1 hour).
Chocolate coffee cake recipe instruction:
Cool the rest of chocolate ganache mixture as well and whisk whipped cream in it.
Spread the chocolate coffee cream over baked cake in the cake pan. Sprinkle cocoa powder over cream and decorate a cake with a cooled chocolate truffles.

- 3 eggs

Mix mascarpone cheese with 3 1/2 cups of milk to become creamy. Add vanilla puddings in it and mix it again to become compact and smooth mixture.
- Dip half of lady fingers in some milk and arrange them in the cake pan

- 200 grams flour
