Easy cheesecake recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams mascarpone cheese
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 350-400 grams biscuits
- 1 can fruits for pie (pie filling)
No bake cheese cake recipe:
Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla and whisk whipped cream in it. Arrange the cake in this order:
- Cover the cake pan with layer of the biscuits (half of biscuits)

Tiramisu cake recipe ingredients:
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 10 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 500 grams mascarpone cheese
- 250 grams Savoiardi fingers (lady fingers)
- 1 cup coffee

Beat egg yolks with 5 tablespoons of sugar with a whisk to become foamy. Combine mascarpone cheese in it and stir it together. 
Separately beat egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar until stiff, add to the mascarpone mixture and stir it together. Arrange it in this order:
- Briefly dip the Savoiardi fingers in cool coffee (don’t soak it too much or they’ll fall apart) and cover the bottom of the cake pan

In these biscuit recipes, there is always the same number of eggs, tablespoons of sugar and tablespoons of flour.
Yellow homemade biscuit recipe ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
Beat eggs with sugar. Add flour and baking powder in it and mix it again for few minutes to become smooth and thick. Pour mass in the greased pan.

Turkish baklava recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams thin layers of dough (you’ll get about 16 layers)
Coconut filling ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 300 grams shredded coconut
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Vanilla syrup ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar (or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla)

Syrup recipe: Pour sugar and vanilla in water to boil (to melt sugar) and remove it from the heat. Cool it.
Coconut filling recipe: Beat eggs with sugar. Mix baking powder and coconut in it. In the end, pour sour cream and oil in that mass and mix all ingredients together.
Coconut Turkish baklava recipe: Arrange ingredients in this order:
- 1 thin layer of dough
- Spread coconut filling on it
- 1 thin layer of dough
- Spread coconut filling on it
- 1 thin layer of dough
- Spread coconut filling on it
- 1 thin layer of dough
- Roll it and put it into greased pan
- Repeat, till you spend all dough layers
Count dough layers before you start to make cake, so you can arrange equal rolls (you will get 4 rolls). Grease top layer with two tablespoons of oil and cut every roll in smaller rolls (about 2 inch). Bake it in preheat oven to 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Recipe ingredients:
- 500 grams thin layers of dough (about 16-17 layers)
Fruit filling ingredients:
- 500 grams sour cherries
- 600 grams apples

Yellow filling ingredients:
- 4-5 eggs
- 1-2/3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Yellow filling recipe: Beat eggs with sugar. Pour buttermilk, oil, baking powder and vanilla in it. Mix all filling ingredients together. 
Fruit filling ingredients: mix sugar with fruits.
Easy cherry apple pie recipe: grease the cake pan and put ingredients in this order:
- 1 thin layer of dough
- spread 4-5 tablespoons of yellow filling
- repeat, till you spend half of dough layers
Pour fruit filling on it (drain them before) and continue to arrange other half of dough layers (1 thin layers of dough, 4-5 tablespoons of yellow filling, repeat). When you put last layer of dough in the pan, pull in edges of it in the cake pan, stab it with fork in few places and pour rest of the yellow filling on top of the pie.
Bake in preheat oven to 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Cut it when it is cold. Instead of this cherry apple pie recipe combination, you can make just easy apple pie recipe, cherry pie recipe, blueberry pie recipe or what ever is your choice of fruits.

Turkish Delight Recipe – Lokum

Turkish delight recipe ingredients:
- 5 cups (1 kilogram) granulated sugar
- 5-1/3 cups (1-1/4 liter) water
- 1-1/4 cups (150 grams) cornstarch
- half lemon juice
- bergamot extract or 1.5-2 tablespoons of rose water
- 1 cup (120 grams) chopped almonds
- almond oil
- 1 cup (120 grams) sugar powder
Pour granulated sugar into 1 cup of water to boil, till sugar melt and become thick syrup. Stir cornstarch in 4-1/3 cups of water (to be without lumps) and pour it in sugar syrup. Stir it all the time on the low temperature (about 20 minutes), till mass evaporates and starts to fall off the spoon (glue like consistency). On the end, add juice from half of squeezed lemon, few drops of bergamot extract and fine chopped almonds. 
Grease pan with almond oil, pour previously made mass in it and spread it to be 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) thick. Put your Turkish delight candy in refrigerator over night. Next day cut it in cube shape and sprinkle it with sugar powder. Turkish delight or lokum is ready to be served.
Cup of coffee without sugar and lokum is great combination, cause this candy intensify taste of coffee.
Instead of bergamot extract, you can experiment with a different kind of extracts, or if you don’t like extracts, add rose water. Classic Turkish delight recipe is with rose water (without nuts) and it was used like aphrodisiac.
Gourmet Layer Cake Recipes – Triple Joy Cake

Layer cake biscuit ingredients:
- 6 egg whites
- 200 grams sugar
- 150 grams grounded walnuts or almonds
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Vanilla filling layer ingredients:
- 200 grams sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 vanilla instant puddings (80 grams)
- 250 grams unsalted butter
Second layer ingredients:
- package of biscuits or ladyfingers

Chocolate filling layer ingredients:
- 100 grams melted chocolate

Biscuit recipe: Beat egg whites with sugar. Add walnuts, flour, bread crumbs and backing powder in it and mix it again to get thick mass. Pour it into greased cake pan and bake it for about 10 minutes in preheat oven (350 degrees) or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Vanilla filling recipe: Pour milk in the pot to boil. Mix egg yolks, sugar and vanilla instant pudding. Stir it in the milk for few minutes, until cream is smooth and thicken. Cool it and mix butter in it. Share this yellow filling in a half in two separate pots.
Chocolate filing recipe: Take pot with half of vanilla filing and pour melted chocolate in it to get chocolate filling.
Now it is time to arrange cake by layers! Take the cake pan with baked biscuit in it and pour vanilla filling layer on it. Soak biscuits or ladyfingers in the milk (just a few seconds, cause it might to fall apart) and arrange them on the yellow filling. Pour chocolate filling layer on the biscuits. Sprinkle your cake with grounded walnuts. My mother has made this one on the picture and she has decorated it with jelly bean on the top.

Sugar cookie dough ingredients:
- 400 grams all-purpose flour
- 100 grams cornstarch powder
- 3 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 grams sugar
- 2 vanilla sugar or 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 240 grams melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 lemon juice
- water (pour few tablespoons of water if dough is hard to knead)
Easy sugar cookies filling:
- apricot jam
Topping ingredients:
- sugar powder

Mix sugar cookie dough ingredients and knead dough. Stretch it to be about 0, 5 centimeter thick. Make a flower shape cookies with a mold. Use half of the flower cookies that you get and make a hole in it (small circle shape with the other mold).
Bake it for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven to 350 degrees.
Use apricot jam as cookie filling to glue two cookies together: one flower with a hole and one without it.
Sprinkle these gourmet cookies with sugar powder. If you like, you can use the chocolate frosting instead of sugar powder as a topping.
It is better to serve it next day, but this easy sugar cookie recipe, in my home, sometimes vanishes till then. Enjoy it!

- Cooking oil
Filling ingredients:

- 1 cup sugar

- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
Syrup ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
Syrup recipe: pour sugar in water to boil for 5 minutes and remove it from the heat. Leave it to turn cold.
Filling recipe: mix all filling ingredients together.
Easy baklava recipe: grease the cake pan and put ingredients in this order:
- 2 thin layers of dough (spread one tablespoon of oil between them)
- spread 2-3 tablespoons of filling
- repeat, till you spend half of dough layers
Pour sour cherries on it (drain them gently before) and continue to arrange 2 thin layers of dough – filling – 2 thin layers of dough. Do not apply fill on top of the cake, just grease it with two tablespoons of oil.
Cut the cake and bake it in preheat oven to 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Pour syrup on the cake and return it in turned off oven for 10 minutes more, to absorb the syrup. Serve it cold. Turkish dessert recipes are really delicious and I gladly make them. Easy baklava recipe will excite even the biggest gourmand for sure .
