Gourmet Fruit Cake Recipe with Apples and Bananas

Recipe ingredients:

  • 3 apples, middle sized
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 200 grams sugar powder
  • 250 grams grounded walnuts or almonds
  • 150 grams biscuit crumbs
  • 250 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
  • chocolate frosting

Grate apples and gently squeeze juice from them (you can drink it – it’s very refreshing juice). Squeeze the juice from half of a lemon and drench apples wit it, so they keep a
bright color. Cut bananas into small pieces and mix into apples.

Mix sugar, walnuts and biscuit crumbs together and add fruits in it. Stir it well and mix butter in it on the end.

Pour this compact mass in the cake pan and make a rectangular shape of it. Ice your gourmet fruit cake with chocolate frosting and refrigerate it over the night.

Russian Cap Gourmet Cookies

Cookie dough ingredients:

  • 280 grams all-purpose flour
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams melted unsalted butter
  • 100 grams melted chocolate
  • 1 egg

Cookie filling:

  • 250 grams grounded walnuts
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 100 grams unsalted butter, room temperature

Topping ingredients:

  • 100 grams melted chocolate
  • 100 grams grounded walnut

Russian Cap Gourmet Cookies Mix flour, sugar, chocolate, butter and egg and knead a cookie dough. Make a circle shape cookies with a mold. Bake it for 20 minutes in the preheated oven to 350 degrees.

Pour boiling milk on the grounded walnuts and mix butter in it to make cookie filling. Use it to glue two cookies together.

Dip cookies lateral side in the melted chocolate and then roll it in grounded walnut.

Floating Island Gourmet Dessert Recipe

Recipe ingredients:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 5 egg whites, room temperature
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat egg whites with 5 tablespoon of sugar (you can add to it few drops of lemon juice, so you can beat it better).

Pour beaten egg whites in boiling milk (be sure to boil milk in deep pot, so your milk could not boil over), reduce the heat and boil it for a few minutes, till egg whites clot. Turn them around with a spoon and cook it for a minute more. Remove it from heat and take your floating island out of milk in another pot.

Beat egg yolks with vanilla and 5 tablespoon of sugar and pour it in milk, that you had just used for cooking egg whites. Stir it all the way while you cook it (5 minutes).

Pour milk with egg yolks over clotted egg whites and refrigerate it at least one hour.

Recipe for Gourmet Rum Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 100 grams chopped corn flakes
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 100 grams sesame seeds
  • 100 grams chopped unsalted peanuts

Soak up raisins in rum at least 30 minute.

Melt sugar and honey in the deep pot and boil it for about 5 minutes. Pour butter in it to melt also and then add chocolate, stir it all the way. When all previous ingredients are melted, pour corn flakes, raisins, sesame and peanuts in it. Stir it and remove it from heat.

Pour cake in the greased cake pan and spread it equally. Put it in refrigerator for a few hours and then cut it as you wish. Your gourmet rum cake is ready to be served. Enjoy!

Coconut Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons wheat groats
  • 100 grams coconut powder
  • 2,5 cups milk
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Cream: Mix 1 cup of sugar, wheat groats and coconut in 2 cups of milk and let it boil. Stir it constantly while it’s thick cream (about 3 minutes).
Coconut Cake Recipe

In separate bowl, mix eggs and 1 cup of sugar. Pour cooking oil, flour, cocoa, baking powder and 0,5 cup of milk in it and mix all together. Pour half of that into greased baking pan and bake it for 10-15 minutes in preheat oven (350 degrees) to be half baked. After 10-15 minutes, pour coconut cream on it and spread it equally. Pour other half of mixed cocoa mass on top of it. Bake for another 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Gourmet Chocolate Cake Recipe with Carob

Ingredients:

  • 150 grams sugar
  • fresh juice from 1/2 orange
  • 150 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 200 grams chocolate
  • 150 grams carob powder
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 8 eggs, room temperature
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons apricot jam
  • 1/4 liter (1 cup) whipping cream

Melt sugar in orange juice to boil, then add butter to it and chocolate on the end. When it’s melted and smooth mass remove it from heat. Pour carob and baking powder in it and stir it. carob gourmet cakes

Beat in eggs, mix them in carob mass and pour all of it in greased bake pan. Bake in preheat oven to 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool it for 10-15 minutes. Spread apricot jam on cake and whipping cream on top of it. Refrigerate it for one hour and it’s ready to be served.

Gourmet Fruit Cake Recipe with Rice

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams rice
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 teaspoon grounded cinnamon
  • 4 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 4 egg whites, room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons coconut powder

Pour rice and cinnamon in milk to boil 10 minutes, remove from heat and cool it.

Pour the raisins with hot water to be covered with and soak it ( about 15 minutes and then strain raisins), while chop up apples and bananas in fine pieces. Mix all fruits together.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat in egg yolks with 50 grams of sugar and pour it in cold rice. Pour half of rice in greased bake pan, then fruits, then other half of rice on it. Bake it about 30 minutes.

In meantime beat in egg whites with other 50 grams of sugar and coconut. After 30 minutes, pour that on the cake and bake it for 10 minutes more. Serve it warm.

Peanut Gourmet Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams sugar
  • 0,1 liter (1/2 cup) water
  • 200 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 100 grams unsalted ground peanuts
  • 300 grams graham crumbs

Pour sugar in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Melt butter in it and then 100 grams of chocolate and stir it all the time. When it’s melted and smooth mass, pour mixture of ground peanuts and graham crumbs, stir it quickly and remove it from the heat. Spread cake in a greased cake pan and refrigerate it until you make chocolate frosting. Peanut gourmet chocolate cake

Chocolate frosting:

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams chocolate

Melt sugar in boiling water and pour butter in it. Add chocolate and stir it to become smooth, without lumps. Take it from heat and pour it on top of peanut gourmet chocolate cake. Refrigerate it again for a few hours then cut it.

In category of gourmet chocolate recipes this cake has my vote. I made it just last night, cause my family adore chocolate cakes and this one is often on our table.

Rectangle Coconut Gourmet Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams sugar powder
  • 0,2 liter (3/4 cup) water
  • 250 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 300 grams graham crumbs
  • 100 grams coconut powder

Pour sugar powder and water in the pot to boil while sugar melt in water and become like syrup (about 10 minutes). Add butter in it to melt as well. Pour mixed graham crumbs and coconut powder in the syrup and remove it from the heat. Mix it quickly all together. Pour out this mixture on the cake pan and make a rectangular shape, about 2 centimeter high. Put the cake in the refrigerator for few hours. Cut this cool coconut cake in 6 x 3 centimeter pieces.

Ice Gourmet Cake

Ingredients:

  • 7 egg whites, room temperature
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • 7 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0,2 liter (3/4 cup) milk
  • 7 egg yolks, room temperature
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch powder
  • 0,5 liter (2 cups) milk
  • 250 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 liter (1 cup) whipped cream

Gourmet Ice Cake RecipeBiscuit: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg whites, 7 tablespoons of sugar, flour and baking powder. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake it for 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool it for 15 minutes in pan and then stab it softly with fork in few places. Pour 3/4 cup of milk on it and let it absorb.

Cream: Pour 2 cups of milk in the pot to boil. Mix 7 egg yolks, 10 tablespoons of sugar and 5 tablespoons of cornstarch powder. Stir it in milk for few minutes, until cream is smooth and thicken. Cool it and mix butter and vanilla in it.

Pour cream in the baking pan on the biscuit and whipping cream on top of the cake. Put the cake in the refrigerator over the night.
