Ingredients:

  • 7 tablespoons (100g) sugar
  • 7 tablespoons honey
  • 8,5 oz. (250g) butter
  • 7 oz. (200g) dark chocolate
  • 3,5 oz. (100g) sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3,5 oz. (100g) puffed rice cereal

Recipe instruction:

Toast sesame seeds on stove for few minutes (stir all the way) to get gold color, let them cool and grind them in a food processor.

Mix sesame, cocoa and puffed rice cereal in a large bowl.

Line the pan (square or rectangular) with wax paper before you start to melt rest of ingredients, because they tighten quickly.

Now, melt sugar with honey in saucepan in low temperature. Add butter and chocolate in it and stir it to get melted smooth mass.

Remove it from the heat and stir sesame, cocoa and puffed rice cereal in it to unite.

Pour whipping cream in the saucepan to boil and add chopped dark chocolate in it. Stir it till you get smooth chocolate mixture and remove it from heat. Cool it in the fridge to thicken, till you make candies.
