  • 7 tablespoons (100g) sugar

  • 8,5 oz. (250g) butter

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Toast sesame seeds on stove for few minutes (stir all the way) to get gold color, let them cool and grind them in a food processor.

Mix sesame, cocoa and puffed rice cereal in a large bowl.

  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) dark chocolate chips
  • 7 tablespoons (100 ml) cooking oil
  • 2 eggs

Mix all ingredients and make the cookie dough (if you need it you can add few tablespoons of water).

Form cookies with your hands or with molds.

  • 5 eggs
  • 18 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8,5 oz. (250 grams) unsalted butter
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) chocolate
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) grounded nuts
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) graham crumbs
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) raisins
  • 1 cup rum

Chocolate filled wafer recipe: Soak raisins in rum for an hour and then strain them.

Beat eggs with sugar on the steam to become foamy (about 10 minutes). Mix butter in it to melt and then add chocolate to it to melt also.

Combine graham crumbs, nuts and raisins together and pour them in the chocolate mass. Remove it from heat and stir it to become compact.

Pour your chocolate filling on the wafer sheet and spread it equally on it. Put your second wafer sheet on the filling and press it down with something heavy (some heavy dish for example) to glue filling and wafer. Leave it that way over night.

  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 7 oz. (200 grams) sugar
  • 2 vanilla sugar or 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 8,5 oz. (250 grams) melted unsalted butter
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • water (pour few tablespoons of water if dough is hard to knead)

Easy sugar cookies filling:

  • apricot jam

Topping ingredients:

  • sugar powder

Mix sugar cookie dough ingredients and knead dough. Stretch it to be about 0,2 inch (0, 5 centimeter) thick. Make a flower shape cookies with a mold. Use half of the flower cookies that you get and make a hole in it (small circle shape with the other mold).

Bake it for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven to 350 F (180 C).

Use apricot jam as cookie filling to glue two cookies together: one flower with a hole and one without it.

  • 1 egg

Cookie filling:

  • 8,5 oz (250 grams) grounded walnuts
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature

Topping ingredients:

  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) melted chocolate chips
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) grounded walnut

Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Mix flour, sugar, chocolate, butter and egg and knead a cookie dough. Make a circle shape cookies with a mold. Bake it for 20 minutes in the preheated oven to 350 F (180 C).

  • 1,1 lb (500 grams) whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1,5-2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup (200 ml) white wine
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) grounded poppy seeds
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) sesame seeds
  • warm water

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Make a hole in the middle of flour and pour oil in it. Start to knead a dough, gradually adding wine in it. When you got soft dough that don’t stick to your fingers, stretch it to be about 0,2 inch (0,5 centimeter) thick. Sesame Sticks Baking Recipe

Cut it 0,4 x 4 inch (1 x 10 centimeter), twist it gently like spiral and put it on wax paper in baking pan. Bake it for 20 minutes in the preheated oven to 350 F (180 C).
