Rich moist chocolate cake recipe ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 8,5 oz. (250 grams) confectioner’s sugar
  • 7 oz. (200 grams) graham cracker crumbs
  • 8,5 oz. (250 grams) unsalted butter

  • 2 oz. (50 grams) coconut

  • 1,7 oz. (50 grams) toasted sesame seeds
  • 5 oz. (150 grams) sugar
  • 6,5 tablespoons (100 ml) water
  • 4,2 oz. (125 grams) unsalted butter
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) nuts, grind
  • 5 oz. (150 grams) graham cracker crumbs

  • 5 oz. (150 grams) honey
  • 5 oz. (150 grams) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 13 oz. (350-400 grams) whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons grind nuts
  • 1 teaspoon grind cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon grind clove
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch salt

Melt honey with sugar in low heat for few minutes. Remove it from heat and mix eggs in it.

Combine flour, nuts, cinnamon, clove, baking soda and salt, and mix it with honey mixture. Cover it and let it stand for an hour.

With moist palms form balls (about 1,5 inch) and put them in greased pan. Leave space between cookie balls, because they will rise during the baking.
