Rum cake recipe ingredients:

  • 3,5 fl.oz. (100 ml) water
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) sugar
  • 4 oz. (120 grams) unsalted butter
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1,5 tablespoons (20 ml) rum

Pour sugar in water to boil. When sugar melts, add butter in it, remove it from the heat and stir it till butter melts also.

  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) chocolate
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) grounded nuts
  • 10 oz. (300 grams) graham crumbs
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) raisins
  • 1 cup rum

Chocolate filled wafer recipe: Soak raisins in rum for an hour and then strain them.

Beat eggs with sugar on the steam to become foamy (about 10 minutes). Mix butter in it to melt and then add chocolate to it to melt also.

  • 5 oz. (150 grams) chocolate
  • 2/3 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup rum

Melt chocolate in steam or in low temperature and remove it from the heat. Stir melt chocolate to cool it. Pour whipped cream and rum in it and mix it all together.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. (60 grams) sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4,2 oz. (125 grams) unsalted butter
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) chocolate
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) chopped corn flakes
  • 3,5 oz. (100 grams) raisins
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 3,5 oz (100 grams) toasted sesame seeds
