No Bake Cheese Cake Recipe – Quick and Easy Cheesecake Recipe

Easy cheesecake recipe ingredients:

• 500 grams mascarpone cheese
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 350-400 grams biscuits
• 1 can fruits for pie (pie filling)

No bake cheese cake recipe:

Mix mascarpone cheese with sugar and vanilla and whisk whipped cream in it. Arrange the cake in this order:

1. Cover the cake pan with layer of the biscuits (half of biscuits)
2. Pour a half of mascarpone cheese filling on it
3. Cover cheese filling with other half of biscuits
4. Pour rest of the mascarpone filling over biscuits

Cool the cheesecake in refrigerator over night and frost it next day with a fruit filling.
