Quick and Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe – Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Chocolate brownies recipe ingredients:

• 6 eggs
• 170 grams unsalted butter, softened
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 150 grams dark chocolate, melted

Chocolate glazing ingredients:

• 150 grams dark chocolate
• 5 deciliters (2 cups) whipping cream

Quick and easy chocolate cake recipe instruction:

Beat eggs with butter and sugar. Mix baking powder, flour and melted chocolate in it.

Pour chocolate mixture in the cake pan and bake it in preheated oven to 190°C for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Pour whipping cream in the saucepan and cook it in low heat.

Add chocolate in the cream and stir it till chocolate melts and you get smooth chocolate creamy mass.

Pour hot chocolate cream over baked cake and cool it in the fridge for few hours.

You can decorate it with whipped cream or coconut if you like it better.
