Recipe for Gourmet Rum Cakes

Ingredients:
- 50 grams sugar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 125 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams chocolate
- 100 grams chopped corn flakes
- 100 grams raisins
- 1/4 cup rum
- 100 grams sesame seeds
- 100 grams chopped unsalted peanuts

Soak up raisins in rum at least 30 minute.
Melt sugar and honey in the deep pot and boil it for about 5 minutes. Pour butter in it to melt also and then add chocolate, stir it all the way. When all previous ingredients are melted, pour corn flakes, raisins, sesame and peanuts in it. Stir it and remove it from heat.
Pour cake in the greased cake pan and spread it equally. Put it in refrigerator for a few hours and then cut it as you wish. Your gourmet rum cake is ready to be served. Enjoy!
