Rich coconut cake recipe instruction:

Beat egg whites with sugar, stir coconut in it gently and pour it in greased cake pan. Bake it in preheated oven to 180°C for about 15 minutes or until cake ends start to get golden color (cake must not darken). Cool it.

Coconut filling recipe instruction:

Beat egg yolks with sugar on the steam to thicken (at least 15 minutes). Mix chocolate in it and let it cool (stir it occasionally).

Mix coconut fat and butter in the chocolate mixture (if you don’t have coconut fat, you can replace it with unsalted butter).

Pour chocolate coconut filling over cold coconut cake (in the cake pan) and cool it in the fridge, so filling tighten good.

Take cooled cake out from the cake pan and coat it with whipped cream all around. Sprinkle 50 grams of coconut over the whipped cream and cool the cake 1 hour more before you serve it.
