Moist apple cake recipe ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup walnuts, ground
- 7 tablespoons wheat groats
- 7 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
- 4 1/2 cups sliced apples
Chocolate icing recipe ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 100 grams chocolate
Chocolate apple cake recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar and then mix all apple cake ingredients together. Bake it in preheated oven to 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
For chocolate icing: Melt sugar in boiling milk and pour oil in it. Add chocolate and stir it to thicken a bit and become smooth, without lumps. Take it from heat and pour it over baked apple cake.
