Anzac cookies recipe ingredients:
- 120 grams flour
- 50 grams coconut
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 80 grams oatmeal
- 150 grams sugar
- 120 grams butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 3 tablespoons water
Oatmeal coconut cookies recipe instruction:
Combine flour, coconut, baking soda, oatmeal and sugar.
Melt butter in low heat, pour maple syrup and water in it, and pour that in the coconut mixture.
Make nice cookie dough and, with wet hands, form small balls (walnut size). Place cookies in the greased pan and leave some free space between them.
