Gourmet Dessert Recipe – Honey Ice Cream Recipe with Kiwi, Strawberries and Peaches

Homemade honey ice cream recipe with kiwi, strawberries and peaches ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 3/4 cups honey
  • 6 kiwi, cleaned and cut in slices
  • 2 cups peaches cut into small pieces
  • 12 ice cream molds or paper cups
  • 12 sticks for ice cream

Strawberry ice cream recipe instruction:

Mix strawberries with 1/4 of honey in food processor. Pour strawberry mixture equally in 12 ice cream molds and freeze it for 30 minutes.

Kiwi ice cream recipe instruction:

In the meantime, mix kiwi with 1/4 of honey in food processor. In molds with frozen strawberry ice cream, equally pour kiwi ice cream. Put ice cream sticks into that (into middle of the mold) and freeze it for 30 minutes.

Peach ice cream recipe instruction:

Separately mix peaches with 1/4 of honey in food processor. Pour peach ice cream on the kiwi ice cream, around sticks, and freeze your fruit layer ice cream for at least 1 hour.

Take out frozen ice cream from the molds and serve your gourmet ice cream on the sticks. Kids just adore this colorful gourmet dessert recipe. Enjoy!
