Coconut Layer Cake Recipe

Coconut cake layer ingredients:

  • 250 grams shredded coconut
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Almond cake layer ingredients:

  • 250 grams grounded almonds
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 6 egg whites

Cake filling recipe ingredients:

  • 12 egg yolks
  • 250 grams powdered sugar
  • 250 grams unsalted butter

Decoration ingredients:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 50 grams shredded nuts

Coconut cake layer recipe: Mix all ingredients together and bake a cake in preheat oven to 350 degrees, until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (about 10 minutes).

  1. Put coconut cake layer in the pan
  2. Pour half of butter cake filling on the coconut cake layer
  3. Put almond cake layer on the filling
  4. Pour other half of butter filling on the almond cake layer
  5. Decorate it with whipped cream and shredded almonds
