Raspberry ice cream recipe ingredients:

  • 500 grams raspberries
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • Juice from 1 squeezed lemon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream

  • 1 cup yogurt

Ice cream maker recipe:

Mash fruits and mix with sugar. Combine yogurt and whipped cream.

Homemade Peach Ice Cream Recipe

Homemade peach ice cream recipe ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram peaches
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar powder
  • juice from 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Wash the peaches, peel them and cut them in small pieces. Pour sugar on top of it and let it in refrigerator for an hour.

Ice Cream Dessert Recipe – Layer Ice Cream Mix

Ice cream dessert recipe ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 100 grams grounded hazelnuts
  • 100 grams melted chocolate
  • 200 grams strained raspberries or chopped into small pieces (you can use strawberries or peaches too)

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add whipped cream and stir it gently with a whisk. Divide that mass in three equal parts in three ice cream bowls.

Make your ice cream layers in this order:

  1. Pour first ice cream layer – Hazelnut ice cream recipe: Take bowl with first part of cream mixture and stir in grounded hazelnuts. Freeze it.
  2. Pour second ice cream layer on first – Chocolate ice cream recipe: Take bowl with second part of cream mixture and mix in chocolate. Freeze it.
  3. Pour the third ice cream layer on the second- Raspberry ice cream recipe: Take bowl with the third part of cream mixture and mix in raspberries. Freeze it.

You can decorate your three layer ice cream mix with chopped fruits or shaved chocolate on top of it.

Japanese Dessert Recipe – Homemade Green Tea Ice Cream Recipe

Ice cream maker recipe ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons powdered green tea
  • 4 tablespoons boiling water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream

Homemade green tea ice cream recipe:

Pour boiling water on green tea powder and leave it like that for 10 minutes.

Separately mix egg yolks with sugar. Gradually pour milk in it, while you mix it all the time. Put the egg yolks on low heat and stir it all the way, till it becomes foamy and thick (for 10-15 minutes). Remove it from heat and cool it for few minutes (keep stirring it).

Combine green tea with cooled egg yolks and mix it together. Whip the heavy cream, pour it in the green tea mass and stir it softly with a whisk.

Pour the green tea cream in ice cream maker and proceed according to instructions for use. This is very refreshing Japanese dessert recipe for hot summer days and I am sure you’ll like it.

Italian Ice Cream Recipe – Chocolate Gelato Ice Cream Recipe

  • 5 egg yolks

  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 50 grams shaved chocolate or chocolate chips

Homemade Italian Ice Cream Recipe:

Beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla to become foamy and thick. Melt 100 grams of chocolate in the steamer and while it’s hot, mix it in egg yolks to merge. Chocolate Gelato Ice Cream

Combine whipped cream and sour cream. Whisk chocolate mass in it until it’s creamy and smooth.

Freeze it for at least 6 hours or over night. Serve your easy Italian ice cream decorated with shaved chocolate or make your own Italian chocolate chip ice cream recipe from this one.

Italian Cake Recipe – Easy Tiramisu Recipe

Tiramisu cake recipe ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 10 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 500 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 250 grams Savoiardi fingers (lady fingers)
  • 1 cup coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Classic easy tiramisu recipe:

Beat egg yolks with 5 tablespoons of sugar with a whisk to become foamy. Combine mascarpone cheese in it and stir it together. Tiramisu Recipe Picture

Separately beat egg whites with 5 tablespoons of sugar until stiff, add to the mascarpone mixture and stir it together. Arrange it in this order:

  1. Briefly dip the Savoiardi fingers in cool coffee (don’t soak it too much or they’ll fall apart) and cover the bottom of the cake pan
  2. Pour a half of the cream over the Savoiardi fingers
  3. Add another layer of fingers
  4. Pour another layer of cream
  5. Sprinkle the cocoa powder on the top of tiramisu cake

Strain strawberries with 6 tablespoons of sugar, mix it with milk and pour that mass in whipped cream. Put your ice cream to the freezer over night.

No Bake Cookies – Chocolate Wafer Cookie Recipe

Chocolate wafer cookie recipe ingredients:

  • 2 wafers

Chocolate filling ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 18 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 250 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams chocolate
  • 300 grams grounded nuts
  • 300 grams graham crumbs
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 1 cup rum

Chocolate filled wafer recipe: Soak raisins in rum for an hour and then strain them.

Beat eggs with sugar on the steam to become foamy (about 10 minutes). Mix butter in it to melt and then add chocolate to it to melt also.

Combine graham crumbs, nuts and raisins together and pour them in the chocolate mass. Remove it from heat and stir it to become compact.

Pour your chocolate filling on the wafer and spread it equally on it. Put your second wafer on the filling and press it down with something heavy (some heavy dish for example) to glue filling and wafer. Leave it that way over night.

Cut it next day and your chocolate filled wafer cookies are ready to be served.

If you like, you can pour chocolate frosting on top of the cookies, cool it for few hours more and then serve it.
