Dough recipe ingredients:
- 1,1 lb (500 grams) flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 7 oz. (200 grams) sugar
- 8,5 oz. (250 grams) unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 lemon zest, shredded
Fruit filling recipe ingredients:
- 2,2 lb (1 kilogram) apples, shredded
- 3,5 oz. (100 grams) raisins
- 5 tablespoons rum
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons confectioner’s sugar

Soak the raisins in rum for half hour.
Make smooth dough from all dough ingredients and divide it into two equal parts. Roll both dough layers on the pan size.
Place the first layer of dough into greased pan and bake it in preheated oven to 400 F (200°C) for about 10 minutes. 
Mix shredded apples, raisins in rum, sugar and cinnamon.
Spread fruit filling over half baked first dough layer and cover it with second dough layer.
Bake it in preheated oven to 400 F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes more.
