Fresh apple cake recipe ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup carob powder
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 big apples, shredded or chopped
Chocolate icing recipe ingredients:
- 5 oz. (150 grams) dark chocolate
- 2 cups (500 ml) whipping cream

Beat egg yolks with sugar. Mix milk, oil, flour, baking powder, carob, raisins and shredded apples in egg yolks.
Beat egg whites and stir them in apple mix.
Pour mixed apple cake ingredients in greased pan and bake them in preheated oven to 350 F (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
For chocolate icing, cook whipping cream in the saucepan in low heat. Stir chocolate in the cream to melts and you get smooth mass (for about 10 minutes).
Pour hot chocolate cream over the baked cake, cool it in the fridge for few hours and enjoy your moist apple cake.
